1. DESIGN BRIEF (Creating a design brief is an essential step in ensuring your design project is clear, focused, and aligned with your client’s expectations. Here’s a template you can use to gather all the information you need to guide your design process.)

2. Research & Concept Development
Once we understand your needs, our team will begin researching your industry, competitors, and target audience to ensure your design stands out. Based on this research, we will begin developing initial design concepts and ideas.

What’s Included:

• Market and Competitor Analysis
• Mood Board or Inspiration Collection
• Creating Initial Concepts
• Sketches or Wireframes (for Logos, Flyers, Booklets, etc.)

3. Creating the Design
With our research and inspiration, we begin the actual design process. Whether we are designing a logo, FLYER, Brochure or any other document, our team will create a number of design options for you to consider.

• What’s Included:
• Creating multiple design options (e.g. logo variations, flyer layouts, booklet designs)
• We focus on visual appeal, brand alignment and user experience
• At this stage, you will receive a first draft for review

4. Review & Feedback
Your feedback is important! After presenting your initial design concepts, we will work with you to refine and adjust the design. We will listen carefully to your suggestions and make revisions as needed to ensure the design is fully aligned with your vision.

• You review the designs and provide feedback
• We make revisions based on your input (up to a certain number of rounds)
• Continue to work together to refine the design and ensure it meets your expectations

5. Finalization & Delivery
Once you are completely satisfied with the design, we will finalize everything and deliver the final files in whatever format you need. Whether you need files for print, digital, or social media, we provide you with a complete design package.

What's included:

• Delivery of high-resolution files in multiple formats (JPEG, PNG, vector, etc.)
• Any additional design materials, such as business card designs, social media banners, or marketing collateral
• We ensure the design is ready to use for both print and web purposes
